The summer-style dress, which billows out from under a woman's bustline, is a hot look in stores right now and is popular for the comfort factor and its easy chic. But the frock's loose-fitting style can pose a problem for those tricked into thinking: "Is she or isn't she (pregnant)?" It has obviously proved a challenge for the PC-paranoid executives at Channel 9, who have been trying to kick their apparent foot-in-mouth habit with female employees.
