Proud mommy Michelle Williams took her daughter Matilda out for a walk near their brownstone in NYC’s Brooklyn yesterday afternoon. The mother-daughter duo was accompanied by cinematographer friend Franz Lustig as papa Heath Ledger was MIA. (Michelle and Franz worked together in Land of Plenty.) Baby Matilda Rose turns 1-year-old next week on Oct. 28!
