Christopher Meloni told LifeandStylemag.com at NYC's Hearst Tower Launch Party that his Law & Order: SVU co-star and new mom Mariska Hargitay was "a natural" when it came to motherhood, adding, "She’s just very comfortable around children and babies."
But Mariska isn’t letting her new role ruin her social life.
The actress, who gave birth to son August on June 28, stepped out with several friends on Oct. 7 to enjoy a three-hour Italian feast at Hollywood's celeb favorite Il Sole, an eyewitness tells LifeandStylemag.com.
Penne a la vodka was Mariska’s dish of choice, the eyewitness says, but that’s not the only thing on the menu she enjoyed. "Mariska was double fisting merlot all night," the eyewitness says. "She had a backup glass in front of her throughout the whole meal."
The 42-year-old beauty, who fights crime on Law & Order: SVU, looked rough and tough in tight black pants, a black turtleneck and black motorcycle boots, but she softened up when she began talking about her little August. "He's so sweet. He never even cries,” Mariska was overheard saying. “He's such a little angel. He'll start to cry, and then I'll make a little sad face at him and he stops. It's so cute." We bet it is!
