Britney Spears is showing off her new post-baby body, and the pop princess’ sudden slim down has landed her on the cover of this week’s Us Weekly magazine. Us Weekly’s Katrina Szish told us that Britney lost 26 pounds of baby weight in just one month! So what is her secret? "Britney is working out twice a day," Szish revealed. "Britney’s also traded her fast food diet for lots of smaller, healthier mini-meals, and she’s also cut out white flour altogether."
“She is not treating herself with food and desserts anymore,” says a family friend of Spears, who gave birth to her second child on September 12. According to an employee at the store, Spears gushed that she was “a whole new size – an 8,” and needed “all new clothes.” Spears’ weight jumped from 120 to 160 during the pregnancy, but she took off the pounds with diet and exercise.
